Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Quaint hotel with airy rooms and cooperative staff right from reception to waiters. Had beautiful and particularly good location glad to be at Neemrana palace, just close to Rajindera Kothi. Also - not far from Patiala, the grounds, and the large garden.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The moment I entered, I was greeted by the charm of this old world building. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was like a luxurious mini-suite. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the continental dishes. The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful grounds and has a quaint little bar/breakfast room. It felt like I had stepped back in time to a forgotten era.
I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff is gracious and accommodating, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a bygone era.

The hotel is on a wonderful location next to the center of Patiala as well as a town that boasts of many palaces. The restaurant serves excellent western food. Appreciated our stay. Thank you very much, guys, for a comfortable stay for a family visit.

We absolutely love the peaceful surroundings of this palace, hidden in a garden near Baradari gardens yet a short distance to Patiala. The room had beautiful decor and a great view. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with made-to-order coffee and omelets. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service during our stay.
There was no hot water available in the taps during our stay, which made it difficult to take a proper shower.

cleanliness & friendly staff. Located near the famous Baradari gardens. Got local insights and enjoyed the royal feel. Mr. Mohit Singh's excellent service stood out.
Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this heritage hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a bathroom that was almost as big as the room itself. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet still close to the city center and the grand garden commissioned by a former ruler. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a delicious breakfast each morning and providing all necessary transportation and parking facilities for my convenience.
Cannot find any fault.

Had an amazing stay, felt like royalty with the luxurious ambiance and excellent hospitality. Complimentary perks were offered, making the stay even more enjoyable. the location was serene, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. the staff was friendly and ensured a comfortable experience.
The air-conditioning didn't work too well, which was a minor setback. the room could have been darker during the daytime, as the light coming in from the window made it tough to sleep.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its grand and luxurious interior. The rooms were massive and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight for me was the gigantic bathroom with a bathtub, high ceilings, and hot water showers. The staff was friendly and always eager to help.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that I did not particularly enjoy. the Wi-Fi was quite temperamental and would often disconnect.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery which provides a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious rooms are beautifully done with a raw and heritage feel. The staff is courteous and hospitable, always ready to help and make the stay comfortable.
The food did not meet expectations. The breakfast spread and high tea lacked taste and quality.
